One-on-one Studio Sessions with Suzanne McCarty

Your sessions will be constantly tailored to meet your personal needs and goals.

One on One sessions are a great option if you require the full attention of your instructor. One on One sessions are particularly valuable when you are just beginning, recovering from injury or have specific needs. Your session will be constantly tailored to meet your personal needs and goals. Depending on the movement modality you choose I might advise various Studio Pilates apparatus, GYROTONIC® Method equipment and Yoga props to utilise during your sessions.

PRICING

  • NEW CLIENT Special 3 for $300( to be used within each 8 week term)

  • Casual 60min & Online Live Zoom Session = $120*

  • Block of 4 = $440( valid for use within the 8 week term)

    *You may share your 1:1 casual or block 4 appointment with a partner, family member or spouse.

  • Concession for students under 18 years = $100

  • Term 4: Tuesday 8/10 – Monday 14/12( with dates 18-22/11 cancelled due to teacher trainings)

2025 TERMS

  • BOOK NOW Term 1- Tuesday 28th to Saturday the 22nd March

    Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri - 10am, 11.15am, 12.30pm

    Tues/Wed/Thurs- 2.30pm, 3.45pm, 5pm

BOOKING POLICY

Commitment to a One-on-One session is a commitment to my schedule and income. By booking a One-on-One regular time/day space during my 8-week teaching term, you must agree to a fixed 4-week block. This can consist of one or two blocks of 4 weeks; payment is required in advance.

Cancellation Policy:

If you are unable to attend your One-on-One session for any reason—whether due to illness, other appointments, vacations, or emergencies—you may:

  • Cancel up to 48 Hours Prior: You can cancel up to 48 hours before your scheduled session and arrange to make up the appointment when space allows. Failure to cancel 48 hours before your session will result in forfeiting the full fee of your session.

Please note:

  • Fixed Commitment: By booking a One-on-One space, you commit to the agreed schedule, ensuring consistency and availability for both of us.

  • Agreement Required: Booking a 4 or 8-week One-on-One space with me is an agreement to these terms.
