My daughter has been participating in the Weekend Workshop for Dancers. She loves how it engages the minds awareness of your body and how it responds.

As an instructor and former professional dancer, Suzanne is clearly knowledgeable about physiology and instills confidence by providing tailored personalised attention. She has the ability to make class both fun and challenging while educating her students about body mechanics.
If you want a stronger more intelligent body, this is the class for you.
— Merryn Gould (Former professional dancer)
I completed Hara’s six week Dancers Program. It was a privilege to be guided by Suzanne. Her understanding and knowledge of ballet, movement and posture enhanced my personal growth in the program. I now have a deeper awareness of my flexibility, core and turnout and take that into class and my performances.

Suzanne is friendly, warm, supportive and encouraging. Throughout her dance conditioning program, Suzanne has been empathetic and understanding, making connections by relating relevant experiences of her own when appropriate, but the focus is always on supporting my daughter achieve her best. Suzanne’s teaching and advice includes actions that could be taken to achieve my daughter’s dance goals. As a Mum I appreciate Suzanne’s thoroughness, attention to detail and every piece of knowledge she has shared. Suzanne has a beautiful community spirit and is generous with her time. She has helped my daughter in her journey to overcome injury and pursue her dream to dance. Suzanne is a gentle teacher. Whether it’s a hands-on workshop, or a one-to-one mentoring / tailored session, she is a font of knowledge about human anatomy, movement and dance. Most importantly, she is honest and generous with information, always willing to help others benefit from her experiences.
