4 Steps to Getting Started with Suzanne McCarty at Hara

Getting started at a new studio can be a little bit daunting, especially if you are new to this type of exercise or you have had a bit of a break from exercise. At Hara Beyond Movement Studio I understand that everyone’s body is different and exercise isn’t necessarily a one size fits all. For this reason I pride myself on ensuring that every client attends a session that is most suited to their needs. This allows all students to get the most out of each session.

I would love to have you join me at Hara, if you’re ready to get started, please follow the steps below.

I really enjoy the ‘additional therapy’ of interaction with classmates. Talking with others is always comforting. It reminds me that everyone has their own particular pain and problems (it’s not just about me!) … so, it’s a sharing thing. It’s also like attending art classes, where teachers encourage students to mingle with other students because, “ … you will learn even more by interacting with other students.” And it’s true.”

I am really proud of how far my body has developed & strengthened I’m really loving the combo of Pilates reformer & barre. I’m just loving them both... I think Barre gives my body that good stretch that it needs!
