Group Classes

Please note: There is a strict 24-hour cancellation policy in place for all classes.

Group Classes run during 4 x 8-week Terms

2024 Terms

  • Term 1: Monday 29/1 - Friday 22/3

  • Term 2: Monday 15/4- Friday 15/6 (with the 11/4 being a makeup for Anzac day 25/4)

    Term 3-Friday 21st June - Thursday 15th August

  • Term 4: Tuesday 8/10 – Monday 9/12( with dates 18-22/11 cancelled due to teacher trainings)


Functional Pilates -MAT quad class

The class includes Stretching, 3-dimensional movement, and stability exercises for the entire body to help bring harmony, alignment, and strength to the inner body. It works on building full-body strength, including the core and arms, spinal mobility, and control. This class is ideal for beginners and students with experience.
When: 11/11-14/12 ( 4 consecutive weeks at arranged time/day)

Yoga Flow

The class is designed to improve your alignment while building strength, increasing flexibility, and improving stamina. It includes a gentle warm-up, sun salutations, standing, prone, supine, and seated postures, and then ends with restorative savasana and guided relaxation.

Classical Pilates Mat

This Classical Pilates Mat class is designed for someone with a sound body with previous experience with the Pilates practice. The flowing class moves quickly, creating heat and a full-body workout.

Seated & Standing Movement Class for Seniors

This is designed for students with physical limitations who have trouble getting up and down from the floor in regular Pilates, MAT, and Yoga classes.

This class focuses on building muscular strength and endurance without stressing joints and back strength and maintaining good posture. The aim is to give you more ease in everyday activities such as walking, stair climbing, gardening and sports. Exercises are done in a chair, and some are done standing to improve your balance. The focus is on breathing, spinal movements & alignment, shoulder mobility and stability, arm strength, balance, core strength, and foot & gait exercises. You will achieve greater body awareness and confidence.


When: 
Wednesday, 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm.
Term 3 = 9th October to 9th December
Where: Coffs Harbour Community Village
Duration: 50 min
Cost: Chair Class is a Special Price to support our senior community. - $15 casual.
Who: This class is especially great for seniors or anyone who cannot get up and down from the floor. However, for certain health and physical conditions, this class may not be appropriate for you, especially if you have pre-existing back injuries, as it is performed mostly sitting on chairs. We also include many standing exercises.
