How do you like your massage pressure?

Please note; from my massage study & knowledge of the human body I will not perform a hard or painful massage. I will be checking in with you about the pressure, especially when performing trigger point methods during a remedial massage & deep tissue technique. The massage should not cause pain or cause grimacing or teeth clenching. This is a myth that massage needs to hurt to be successful. You should be able to feel pressure & a tender spot but be able to breathe and relax through the strokes & points. At any stage that you feel discomfort please let me know as I can always alter the pressure at all times.
