General Pilates MAT Class
A beginner-friendly/General level class at a slow pace packed with Suzanne’s Favourite foundations for a strong and flexible body. Suzanne has been a movement and Movement Therapy teacher for over 2 decades.
*Adaptations for Beginners, Bone low density & mild back issues will be given in this class, however this group class is not suitable for any serious injury & chronic pain conditions.
This class will improve your posture and how you sit, stand and move throughout your daily life.
When: 4, 2022 (12/10-7/12)-Wednesdays 4.30-5.30pm
Where: HTC Wellness Studio -35 Orlando Street, Jetty.
Duration: 50-60 min

Block of 8( valid for 9 weeks) $160 = $20 per class

Mat & prop Hire: $5
Zoom ( if face to face is cancelled) class Price $20
Who: Beginner-friendly to General level class for a sound body.
Equipment: Bring your own mat, ball, Theraband. Hand weights & towel. (Mat & prop hire is $2/$3 per class)
