GYROKINESIS® Cardiovascular Program 1 - Coffs Harbour

  • Hara Beyond Movement Studio 25 Parkes Drive Korora, NSW, 2450 Australia (map)

The Gyrokinesis Cardiovascular Program 1, conceived by Juliu Horvath, is an innovative approach to enhancing respiratory health through thoughtfully crafted progressions. The program empowers individuals to expand their functional range comfortably, remaining within their comfort zones. Developed to stimulate all circulatory systems in the human body systematically, the Cardiovascular Breathing Program facilitates an augmented flow of blood, nutrients, oxygen, various gases, and hormones to and from cells.

Progression One, a fundamental course component, introduces students to the basic principles of movement and breathing patterns. Participants embark on a journey towards improved cardiovascular well-being, discovering a sense of ease and balance in their physical and respiratory capacities. The program's emphasis on individualized comfort and gradual progress makes it an inclusive and effective method for promoting overall health and vitality.
