SPINE ESSENTIALS 3-PART SERIES

The GYROKINESIS Spine Essentials Programs present a transformative journey through spinal motions, paving the way towards Gyrokinesis Level 1 proficiency. These classes offer a systematic and structured approach, aligning with the standard Gyrokinesis Level 1 formats. The programs are tailored to address specific spine areas, providing targeted benefits.

  • Program 1 focuses on the decompression of the lumbar spine,

  • Program 2 focuses on the decompression of the thoracic spine

  •  Program 3 focuses on the decompression of the cervical spine.

Each program is a progressive step towards mastering the Gyrokinesis Level 1 formats. Notably, the Gyrokinesis Spine Essentials Programs predominantly utilise a chair and incorporate standing positions. This unique combination of movements enhances spinal flexibility and strength, fostering a comprehensive and mindful approach to spine health. Participants embark on a purposeful journey, gaining proficiency in spinal decompression while progressing towards the foundational elements of Gyrokinesis Level 1.
